Cheesy Chicken Love – Pasta Bake That Everyone Loves
Some days you just need cheese. Lots of cheese. And preferably pasta and tender chicken too.
That’s exactly why I love this casserole – it’s simple, delicious, and always a hit.
📝 Ingredients for about 4 servings

1 ball of mozzarella

400 g pasta (e.g., macaroni or penne)

150 g grated cheese, optional

200 g cherry tomatoes
-
300 g chicken breast fillet
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Curry powder
-
Water (for filling – amount depends on dish, about 500–700 ml)
🍽️ Preparation – It’s that easy

Prepare the baking dish:
No pre-cooking needed! Put the dry pasta directly into the baking dish. -
The first layer:
Slice or cube the mozzarella. Spread half of it over the pasta.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with curry powder and salt, and add it to the dish as well. -
The tomatoes & second layer:
Distribute the cherry tomatoes over the chicken.
Now add the second half of the mozzarella. Season with a little pepper. -
Fill up & bake:
Pour enough water into the dish to just cover the pasta.
Finally, generously sprinkle everything with the grated cheese. -
Into the oven:
● 15 minutes on medium heat
● Then: bake for 25 minutes on low heat until the cheese is golden brown and the pasta is cooked.💡 Tips & Tricks

Top with fresh basil or arugula before serving – looks great!

A dollop of cream cheese or a bit of cream in the water makes the sauce creamier.

Veggie option: Instead of chicken, simply use zucchini, bell pepper, or broccoli.
