The TRUKA® cooking plate is suitable for gas stoves, electric stoves, garden grills, charcoal grills, and camping stoves. It is not suitable for induction cooktops.

Made 100% in Austria from high-quality, galvanized special sheet metal (ELO sheet), the TRUKA® cooking plate stands for quality, durability, and thoughtful design.
Its two-part construction creates a fine hot air cushion between the sheets, which optimally distributes heat and allows for even, gentle cooking. This makes bread, pizza, or casseroles in the Roadbaker turn out even better – without burning or overheating.
Whether on a gas stove or electric stove, the TRUKA® cooking plate can be used in many ways – also for keeping food and drinks warm or gently heating them.
