Flammkuchen with Pear and Gorgonzola
Crispy tarte flambée meets sweet pear and spicy Gorgonzola: This special combination creates a quick, delicious taste experience. Perfect for a relaxed dinner or as a fine appetizer!
For the dough: 200 g flour, 1 tsp salt, 125 ml water, 2 tbsp oil
For the topping: about 50 g crème fraîche, 1-2 pears, 125 g Gorgonzola, 1 sprig rosemary, 50 g walnuts.
Mix flour and salt in a bowl, knead with water and oil into a dough. Roll the dough into a log about 50-60 cm long, flatten it with your hands, and then place it in the pan. Then slightly lift the edges.
Spread the crème fraîche on the dough, quarter the pears and cut into thin slices, dice the Gorgonzola, and remove the needles from the rosemary. Layer the pears on the crème fraîche, sprinkle with rosemary needles, and distribute the walnut halves on the dough.
Bake for 5 minutes on high heat, then 15 to 20 minutes on low heat. After baking, drizzle with honey as desired or serve the honey separately.
