Before using for the first time, clean the baking pan thoroughly with warm water and detergent and dry it thoroughly.
General information on usage
Always use all three parts together.
Always wear protective oven gloves during and after baking.
Place the Roadbaker on heat sources whose diameter corresponds to that of the oven. On a gas stove, the diameter of the gas flame should not be larger than that of the oven.
Place the oven in the middle of the heat source.
Temperature resistant up to 280°C / 536°F.
Not suitable for microwaves and dishwashers.
During baking
For best results, lightly grease the baking pan before baking.
Metal kitchen utensils and knives should not be used.
After baking
After baking, let the baking pan cool down for a few minutes. Do not immerse in cold water or fill with cold water when hot.

Hand wash after each use and allow to dry thoroughly before storing.
Do not use metallic or abrasive sponges/brushes or aggressive cleaning agents.
